1. Can I bring my dog?
YES. dogs are allowed subject to conditions, with full responsibility taken by owner. They must be kept on leash at all times in your camp site away from other camps. Bring your Pooper Scooper to clean up after your Pan Licker .
2. Can I have a camp fire?
YES. Modest campfires are allowed on all sites only in fire rings provided, you are responsible to ensure flammable materials, grass & tents are kept clear.
3. Do you sell wood?
YES. Split hardwood in bags is available for purchase during shop hours (note: you may bring your own wood but definitely not collect our BUSH WOOD)
5. Do you sell ice?
No.
6. Are all children charged for?
No. All children up to 16 years are free.
7. Do I have to pay a deposit? NO. Cash in full on arrival Please.
8. Do you have eftpos?
NO. The only form of payment we can accept is Cash
9. Do you refill gas bottles?
NO.
10. Can I arrive earlier than 1 p.m.?
YES provided the site is available, you must phone the day before to check. Positively no arrivals are allowed prior to 8.30a.m.
11. Do you have phone signal ?
No carrier has reception here.
12. Can I arrive late?
YES Late arrivals after (5pm May, June, July, August) (6.30pm all other months).
All arrivals (whether pre-paid or not) must stop at the Office at the top of the driveway to retrieve their reservation confirmation, then proceed to site.
No set up is allowed after 8.30 pm unless otherwise arranged.
13. Do you have powered sites?
No
14. Can I bring Pushbikes?
YES. Pushbikes are allowed under parent supervision, helmets are required to be worn.
15. Can I bring a Motorbike?
NO.
18. Are the showers HOT?
YES - The water will be hot after 8am for some hours, then again after 3 pm.
19. Can we go 4WD’ing?
YES, we have 20 klms of tracks, but they are all closed during and after rain
20. Can we fish in the creek?
No ! There are only tiny native fish that are protected.
21. We have friends already booked can we join them?
YES most sites will cater for more than 1 family but best to phone and check. Standard fees apply to all
22. Is drinking water available?
YES we have rainwater tanks for drinking water, however whilst we drink the water ourselves we are required by law to recommend boiling first.
23. Can we pay deposits on line?
NO we have no access to the internet, and prefer to keep it more friendly.
24. Can we use a generator?
YES, but only run for 2 hrs between 10 -12 am daily.
Consideration must be given at all times to other campers.
